It is supposed to be at http://www.mac.linux-m68k.org/; if it's not there, try http://maclinux.wwaves.com/.
If it's at neither of those places, it has disappeared for a while (these things happen). Try http://shadow.cabi.net/MacLinux/ for some out-of-date information. If you just want to install Debian on a Mac, try the Debian/m68k for Macs Installation Guide. There may be some files of interest at ftp://baltimore.wwaves.com/.
Note that the Linux/m68k web site maintainer does not maintain the Mac site, and usually knows less than you do about its current status. When he does know something, it will be put in the FAQ.
